At Rael, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
